One to One Coaching

£45 per 90 minute session.

The ultimate in climbing improvement, spend one hour thirty minutes per week, addressing every aspect of your climbing performance. No if’s no but’s, improvement will be made.

The one to one coaching sessions are about assessing where you are at the moment. What you would like to achieve? Then implementing a path to achieve it. Each session will be tailored to help you get the most out of your climbing. Any and all issues will be addressed.

8 Week Coaching Plan

Four 90 minutes sessions plus a personalised 4 week training plan.

£240

One 90 minute session per week for four weeks allows us to go through some valuable session structure while assess you strengths and weakness so you can get the most out your training and help set you on a path to levelling up your climbing. We will then to come up with a comprehensive training plan that best suits your goals.
