
Climbing is a fantastic sport that tests mind and body. Problem solving and the satisfaction of climbing something at your limit is unmatched. Other than climbing, I have always been interested in physiology and the all round physical and mental aspects of sport performance. I have spent years competing at the highest level whilst also working as a personal trainer, which has supported my understanding of the components involved in helping clients to reach their potential.
One to One
90 minute session tailored to the individuals needs
£42 per session (£38 if block booked)
The ultimate in climbing improvement, spend one hour thirty minutes per week, addressing every aspect of your climbing performance. No if’s no but’s, improvement will be made.
The one to one coaching sessions are about assessing where you are at the moment. What you would like to achieve? Then implementing a path to achieve it. Each session will be tailored to help you get the most out of your climbing. Any and all issues will be addressed.

Learn all you need to train smarter, become stronger and get the most out of every session. Learn how to apply progressive overload to your climbing in order to maximise your potential.
The Training workshop is for people who have been climbing for at least a year. If you're struggling to get to the next grade or can’t seem to break through a plateau this four week course is for you. Each session we will be learning how to apply progressive overload to your training. By working smarter as well as harder, results come much faster.
